ECM invests in small &medium sized companies

The companies will have the following characteristics:

• European headquartered
• Oil & gas service sector (upstream)
• Focus on exploration and production phases of value chain
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial management team 
• Positive earnings
• Clear growth strategy

ECM typically seeks to invest an average of US$20 million of equity in each company and is prepared to take minority or majority shareholder positions. ECM is also happy to invest independently or together with other value adding investment partners.
