Energy Capital Management (“ECM”) is a venture capital investor which supports oil & gas technology companies headquartered in Europe.

The ECM team combines extensive investment experience with deep sector knowledge and network to support portfolio companies in achieving accelerated growth and enhanced returns for shareholders.

ECM is working closely with major E&P companies to support their technology investment programs:

• In August 2012 ECM entered into a contract with Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures LLC (SAEV), the corporate venturing subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), to support its venture capital activities in European oil & gas technology companies
• Prior to that, between October 2008 and July 2012, ECM supported the Norwegian oil & gas major Statoil ASA in managing its oil & gas venture capital portfolio
